You have expert knowledge of: • IKEAs corporate identity, brand, the core values and vision • the mechanism behind creating a meeting place concept and to drive business opportunity • designing, developing and continuously improving processes, services and products • identify service gaps or improvement areas for current services and a plan for improvement • existing and potential customer’s needs, behaviours and aspirations to be able to help IKEA evaluate future endeavours and translate insights • meeting local culture and community needs and how to adjust the global concept to be relevant • concepts, processes and procedures that goes into a selling goods, products and services to the public • how to organize, store and maintain records and information across IKEA • Project Management and how to learn from projects' challenges or failures in order to improve (solid knowledge) You have the capability to: • apply knowledge of industry trends, outlooks and emerging technologies to achieve organisational goals • provide courteous, timely, and helpful services (incl. digital) to encourage customer loyalty • change direction based on new ideas, approaches and strategies • provide support, coaching, training, and career direction to other colleagues • strive to meet quality standards • express ideas and opinions effectively in writing & speech • develop the business and deliver results, lead and develop people and enable change • analyse and summarise a situation based on observation and key figures We believe you have strong understanding of Concept execution and preferably previous experience in a Retail environment and with managing documentation. You hold great business acumen and consultative orientation and have a solid business and commercial approach, with a background within customer experience. Moreover, you have previously lead in a changing organisation and developed people through coaching. You are a natural leader with the ability to listen and create togetherness. Last but not least have a good understanding of IKEA Culture and corporate strategies and is fluent in the English language (both spoken and written).


The Concept Review Leader develops and manages the concept review framework, secures the competence of the reviewers to follow the concept review framework, and leads regular concept reviews. Moreover, lead and coach Concept & Customer Experience Developers in their daily operations, towards Ingka Centres culture and values. You will: • lead the development of Ingka Centre’s Concept Review Framework, including supporting tools and governance systems • identify and train a team of field-level Reviewers to work with Meeting Places, identifying adherence to local standards and identifying opportunities to further optimize their concept • develop and manage the overall Concept Review Calendar, identifying which Meeting Places will be reviewed and when • develop self-assessment tools for the Meeting Places to monitor their concepts’ performance and to pro-actively initiate improvements in between formal reviews • advise Meeting Places on improvements, migration and retirement of deployed concepts as an outcome of the review process • set and lead concept review procedures, documents all processes, conducts and facilitates trainings and all other yearly activities to secure that all relevant tools and frameworks are in place • coach Meeting Place Managers during the review process and ensures their teams know how to complete all documentation to enable them realise their full potential and maintain a customer-centric growth mind-set • give clear, actionable feedback and handle conflicts that occur, ensuring all reviews end with a clear action plan and understanding the steps for improvement • establish a network within Ingka Centres and IKEA Group to evaluate and share best practice • create an atmosphere for positive discussions and where the transfer of learning is encouraged through a platform of competence development for Meeting Place Managers and Commercial teams In this role you will report to the Concept & Customer Experience Manager, Ingka Centres.
