Finally, you are fluent in the English language (both spoken and written). Previous experience in Concept Development is preferred but not required. It is highly essential that you possess strong customer focus and communication skills and is commercially and business driven. Finally, you have the ability to involve and engage colleagues.


The Concept & Customer Experience Developer provides development and execution support across the Concept and Customer Experience function. You will be engaged in Meeting Place Making and Customer Experience workshops, development of Concept & Customer Experience frameworks and tools, and support for Concept reviews. You will: • support the Meeting Place Making Leader, Customer Experience Leader and Concept Review Leaders in the execution of their accountabilities • contribute to the Meeting Place Making and Customer Experience product development • provide strategic consultative support on improvements to Meeting Place Managers • collaborate with the Meeting Place Making Leaders to develop the Meeting Place Making framework and to streamline the concept development process • make impact on Marketing Insights & Analytics to understand the needs of customers, communities and partners related to the Meeting Place Making framework and customer experience • support Meeting Place Making Leaders, Customer Experience Leaders and Concept Review Leaders in their daily operations • collaborate with other Concept & Customer Experience Developers in daily operation • develop co-workers’ awareness for innovation and customer centricity by demonstrating INGKA Centres’ commitment to strive for outstanding customer experience In this role you will report to the Concept & Customer Experience Manager, Ingka Centres. This role will be placed in one of the following locations: Shanghai, China or Malmö, Sweden
