Job description

We need your knowledge of risk factors in information systems, data and technology projects as well as knowledge of internal control design and ability to evaluate operating effectiveness. You drive for results, create customer value and love to inspire others. Since our world is constantly changing you need to be flexible, pro-active and be comfortable handling unclear or unpredictable situations. Building trustful relationships is something you enjoy and are good at as well as that you get inspired by working in a vibrant and multi-dimensional environment. You are an open minded team player, with good communication skills. We also want you to have: • a university degree and/or proven knowledge in the field of internal control and compliance or similar • a minimum 5 years of experience in the field of internal control and regulatory compliance • experience from a multinational organisation Of course, you share and live the IKEA culture and values and have a genuine interest in home furnishing.


As a Compliance & Internal Control Specialist, you will ensure that risks are managed by efficient internal control measures and business is conducted in a risk aware and compliant way throughout Ingka. Amongst other tasks you will: • develop, maintain and implement integrated Compliance & Internal Control framework • prepare Compliance Year plan • keep oversight and quality control of Risk & Control worksheets • support definition and periodically update of Compliance Verification Activity Program • Facilitate and perform Compliance verification activities This position will report to the Risk, Compliance & Internal Control Manager and will be placed at our office in Malmö. This is a global position.
