We imagine you with great attention to detail, precise, accurate and results orientated. You are always looking for ways on how to streamline and simplify processes whilst remaining robust and thorough. You bring a few years of experience having worked in a similar function. Furthermore, understanding of the Retail Business and Shopping Centers will be an advantage. You are also a strong communicator and enjoy working together with your team as well as with other stakeholders (internal/external).
You have knowledge in: • accounting, finance and tax principles (IFRS/GAAP) • measurement, processing and communication of financial information • MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables • how to examine data, determine cause & effects and draw conclusions
To succeed in this role, you should have good knowledge of both English and Swedish, written and spoken.
You will focus on securing that accounting and tax activities are carried out according to current laws and internal guidelines in the most efficient way. Moreover, to process, record and report all financial data as well as maintain complete and proper records of revenue, expenditures, assets and liabilities. In addition, to ensure precise source documentation that accurately supports general ledger and financial statements.
Among other things you will:
• contribute to accurate and timely execution, preparation and submission of all financial reporting • prepare and reconcile journal entries • execute invoice administration for area of responsibility • prepare and execute bi-monthly and year-end closing procedures • provide input for annual budget process • establish efficient cooperation with Centre Managers, Lease Managers and tenants • support internal and external audit related work, yearly filings and other compliance activities
You will report to Finance Manager Nordics, and you will be based in Malmö, Sweden.

As our Accounting & Reporting Co-Worker you will be a part of the Nordic Finance Team belonging to CFO Domain. The purpose of this function is to navigate and report on the Ingka Centres performance and steer business towards sustained long-term profitability. We also support relevant functions to identify/evaluate business opportunities and enable decision making with related financial risks.
