IKEA Industry Malacky Boards is production unit of innovative and sustainable wood-based boards and panels, the majority going into the IKEA supply chain for furniture production. The product range includes standard particle boards and also lightweight boards.
Job descriptionYou will lead our 2nd largest department in our unit - technical ( 30+ members with 8 direct reporting co-worker). The technical department covers area of maintenance, investment and property & infrastructure).
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the technical team ( maintenance & investments)
- developing and reviewing all preventive maintenance tools
- support by elaboration of strategic and short-term production plans
- preparing of budget for FY
- management and control of corrective measures in production to ensure the planned goals
- regular evaluation of fulfilling of maintenance plans
- development of people (according to skill matrix)
- coordination of activities inside of cluster
Qualification· strong leadership capabilities
· university or similar education (technical, management)
· orientation in standards and technical documentation (wood processing preferable)
· management of operational documentation in the particle board production
· maintenance management, project management
· orientation in engineering standards and technical documentation of machinery and equipment
