About the job
You will be accountable for high performing service operations, with focus on operational excellence, exceeding customer expectations. In partnership with the stores and business developer, you will be responsible to develop service operations to secure long-term growth within agreed budget(s).
Support the stores and service providers with pre-requisites being in place for excellence in execution of all services while ensuring quality and efficiency to secure the lowest possible operational cost.
Contribute to the best possible customer shopping experience by securing high quality and efficient service operations are carried out with a customer focus in mind.
Accountable to plan, execute and follow up on the IKEA Services teams operations, reaching the best possible service level. Support implementation of service contracts fulfilled by external service providers.
Accountable to lead, coach and develop IKEA Services team co-workers in an inspiring and motivating working environment, securing a high performing organization with identified successors. For external service providers, support with input/ feedback to contribute to continued improvement.
Support the business developer to secure a seamless cooperation with an effective communication flow between stores, relevant internal stakeholders and service providers.
In partnership with the stores, provide operational input to the business developer regarding future capacity requirements to ensure scalable operations meet our business needs.
Good knowledge of pre-requisites for efficient and effective transport/ services operations and can coach stores and service providers for this
Good knowledge of and can support the stores/ service providers in capacity planning for future transport/ services needs
Knowledge of how services influence the customer shopping experience and can support business growth across all sales channels and touchpoints.
Ability to lead, build trust, communicate and deliver through team/ stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage a high volume, agile retail environment and optimize operational performance while considering tactical plans.
