As a UK&IE Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing sourcing activities across market areas in an efficient, and consistent way to ensure a strong diverse pool of talent are available to support the recruitment needs in the country. This will cover volume recruitment needs as well as hard-to-fill (niche roles).
Essential Requirements: •Detail-oriented and meticulous approach to their work, displaying an ability to juggle multiple priorities and intellectual curiosity •Natural ability to build impactful relationships with candidates and stakeholders •Good time management skills for effective management and delivery of multiple different recruitment sourcing campaigns across different functions •Passion for recruitment marketing, engaging with diverse talent, and providing the best candidate experience is essential •Min of 1-2 years’ experience of direct sourcing/headhunting passive candidates and building diverse talent pools to meet the business needs, either from a recruitment agency or inhouse / talent acquisition background •Experience in direct sourcing within some of the following sectors: Retail, Hospitality/Food, Customer Services, Sales, and Logistics would be preferred although not essential
What you'll be doing day to day
•Contribute to a high standard of excellence within direct sourcing, delivering a consistently high-quality service to all candidates in line with our IKEA values and brand •Build a strong partnership with the Recruitment & Sourcing Team and key Market Area stakeholders to understand the recruitment needs, aligning sourcing strategies while managing recruitment delivery with effective sourcing of qualified talent as per the business needs •Utilise global tools, programs, and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies i.e. Sales, Customer Services, Food, Distribution & Logistics •Execute sourcing strategies that address future business needs and objectives through innovative and multichannel methods •Work closely with country Talent Sourcing & EVP Leader to ensure that all local employer marketing messages are in line with country EVP strategy and Brand •Take a data-driven approach to monitor and track performance and business impact to ensure success achieving Recruitment & Sourcing Business Plan Goals

What you need to know
This is a permanent role. You will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
We have a flexible hybrid working principle at IKEA, with 8 days per month working in the office and the rest working remotely.
There will be some national travel required with this role.
