We are now looking to recruit a People and Culture Business Partner with responsibility to the Group Corporate Finance and Tax organization and Ingka Investments based in Leiden, NL. Last but not least, it’s important that you are an ambassador for our values, are always curious and hungry-to-learn mindset and a strong ability to work independently. As far as experience goes, we need someone who knows how to best contribute to and support the implementation and development of strategic plans for people and organizations. Someone with competence in a broad set of People and culture (P&C) practices, policies, processes, regulations and legislations. Someone with leadership and change management skills and a good understanding of business. We need someone with at least 5 years’ experience of Human Resources. If you’ve also worked in a global matrix organization and/or participated in global projects, this is a big plus!


In this role you will be part of two management teams, including the Corporate Finance and Tax management team and Ingka Investments management team, translating strategic business objectives & initiatives to People & Culture requirements and break down strategic targets into HR measures. This assignment means you will: • Drive efficient implementation of overall HR processes, policies and yearly activities within your area. • Drive and deliver business-specific P&C topics that are not covered by the ‘Centre of Expertise’ (e.g. function-specific P&C initiatives). • Support business leaders in leadership and people matters by providing daily P&C guidance and advice. • Work closely with business leaders and co-workers to improve work conditions while increasing efficiency. • Secure and follow up that the functions are working in line with the mandatory elements of People & Culture strategy. • Anticipate change and adapt daily processes. • Collaborate with P&C and cross functional groups to build common ways of working and share best practices. • Partner with P&C Services team for delivery of Operational activities. • Be responsible for driving and managing Competence development and performance management in your areas. • Lead and develop Local P&C Partners in the Treasury organization and Forestry organization, for whom you are Line Manager.
