We believe you have minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing and delivering complex change processes/products. Furthermore, you have experience working across multiple countries and in driving change across multi-functional teams crosswise different geographies. Preferably you have experience in agile working set-up and working as part of agile team.
You have also the following: • extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment • extensive knowledge of planning management and building integrated and structured frameworks • extensive experience in strategic communication and change management skills with strong presentation and facilitation skills • experience in handling complex environments with multiple launches/roll outs happening across different countries simultaneously
You will: • lead central support team/-s to establish an aligned delivery plan (work packages) cross functional work teams (central and country) • develop and implement streamlined product launch approaches to achieve value with speed and low cost • actively work with risk/mitigation management • keep track of status and progress and communicate the progress to affected stakeholders • manage stakeholders across teams and functions to reach agreement on conflicting priorities, and thereby driving common prioritization for high availability and performance of all the flows
ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
We drive the development and operation in Go to Market of our digital products. We provide a home for digital skills to both develop and extend the technical, people and business skills needed to ensure continuous development and growth of our digital capability.
This position is a full-time position (40 hours per week) and is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands and some travel will be required. In this role you will indirect report to Senior Digital Deployment Leader
