Come and see things a little differently with us. We have two positions within our Group Corporate Finance Department. You have either a minimum of 3-5 years or minimum 10 years of experience within a corporate or financial market environment together with a background in M&A. You are fluent in English and have a relevant university degree. You can demonstrate experience in project management and/or M&A process coordination, in negotiating loans, share /asset purchase agreements, financial contracts, etc. Valuations, investment assessments, M&A and broad tax issues have no secret for you. You have proven experience in and/or knowledge of a broad number of sectors which may include, retailing, service business, digitalization or sustainability. Your ability to communicate in a clear way is very important in this role as you will need to understand and explain complex matters to people with different backgrounds. Your good communication skills will help you navigate through the different levels of the organization. As a person you are an open-minded team player; you inspire others, collaborate and co-create. You show a drive for results, act with high integrity on insider information and confidentiality aspects; you show strong analytical, numerical and general business/financial skill. You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships and you enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The purpose of the Group Corporate Finance and Tax is to provide expertise and optimize exposure in Corporate Finance, Tax, Treasury and Insurance matters, balancing risks and opportunities in the market, supporting our IKEA Retail, Ingka Centres and Ingka Investments businesses in their growth, while ensuring a strong position as good corporate citizen. As Corporate Finance Advisor, you will support the Ingka Group organisation on Corporate Finance matters and take responsibility to provide expertise on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate investments and divestments as well as supporting new investment opportunities. More specifically this means you will: • Secure professional M&A and company valuations and lead acquisitions or divestments. • Lead optimization of capital structures, capital allocation, dividends for the Ingka group. • Perform business valuations and evaluate business plans and other required activities in respect of acquisitions and divestments of the Ingka Group. • Co-ordinate and participate in due diligence, and when applicable participate in negotiations in respect of investments. • Maintain a good cooperation with and between core businesses, group functions and other function/ areas within the Ingka Group by acting as an effective cross-functional business partner. • Establish and maintain principles and steering documents for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
