Your profile Experience from working in a customer-focused service industry with a defined area of expertise, preferably a customer support centre. Good listening and communication skills in both verbal as written form, local language(s) and English. Ability to understand customer needs and expectations and how to link them to business needs. Ability to relate and interact well with colleagues and other necessary contact persons to ensure the performance. Stress-resistant and able to work in a dynamic retail environment. Ability to work in a multitude of systems, handling more than one task at the time. Excellent attention to details. Process-driven and result-orientated. On your job you will contribute to optimising of customer experience and secure satisfied customers by using deep knowledge of the IKEA product range and services. Support customers and colleagues by providing specialised sales support and solutions to complex customer enquiries. Log relevant customer information to enable improvements to the IKEA business and customer experience. Actively gain and spread knowledge defined in the area of expertise within the team.
In this role, you will be a part of Customer Support Centre team in Kyiv and you will: •Provide fast and easy support in all customer contacts and to all business partners. •Actively build rapport with customers by being empathetic, helpful and providing a solution that satisfies the customer. •Balance customers expectations and service level goals by dealing with customers in an efficient and effective way. •Support and share knowledge with colleagues in my unit to enhance the daily business. •Support the team by suggesting improvements in order to meet service and sales goals. •Verify and document customer information in applicable systems, with high quality and in a trustful way. •Accomplish customer contacts individually if needed to fulfill their expectations during their purchase or after purchase journey. •Understand the unit action plan and actively contribute in achieving the goals. •Fulfill daily business tasks in line with operational routines, regulations and guidelines. •Take responsibility for learning and development in everyday situations and especially in the assigned business knowledge area.
