Your profile •Experience from working in a customer-focused and fast-paced environment, preferably a customer support centre. •Ability to work in a multitude of systems, handling more than one task at the time. •Stress-resistant and able to work in dynamic retail environment. •Ability to understand the key principles of the shopping experience and customers’ expectations. •Proven experience of being a valuable contributor to customer satisfaction and team results. •Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. •Self-confident and comfortable with making decisions in relation to customer enquiries. •Ability to communicate in writing (web chat and e-mail responses). •Good listening skills and ability to communicate confidently and clearly in local language(s) and in English.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
On your job you will contribute to optimising of customer experience and secure satisfied customers by using knowledge of the IKEA product range and services. Support every customer by providing fast and easy solutions to simple customer enquiries throughout the whole customer journey. Log relevant customer information to enable IKEA to improve the business and the customer experience.
In this role, you will be a part of Customer Support Centre team in Kyiv and you will: •Provide qualitative customer support in all channels (inbound, chat, e-mails) to secure a great customer experience, thus building trust in the IKEA brand. •Resolve customer complaints. •Take responsibility for setting and reaching personal goals that align with and contribute to the unit, function and team goals. •Capture relevant customer insights to enable other parts of IKEA to improve the customer experience •Ability to work with others in a team and open to exchange of knowledge and insights. •Ability to communicate correct, confident and clear in local language(s) across channels. •Handle all interactions with empathy.
