Job description

The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for to secure excellence in operations and quality under the scope of Service Fulfilment on the market. You will support Fulfilment teams by developing tools, working methods, trainings, working with IT solutions on the market, as well as creating various analyses, identifying risks, opportunities and action plans to secure a high-performing organization.

You will contribute to the operations and development of the Service Fulfilment organization with a customer-centric and collaborative approach in focus and focus on delivering results with the sense of urgency, achieving and exceeding operational goals and higher efficiency on daily tasks.

In this role you will also provide a subject matter expertise and advice to business leaders within Service Fulfilment processes that will contribute to the development of business and people and implement, assess standards, guidelines and policies within the own area of expertise and contribute to their development and update.


·         University degree in preferred Logistics, Economics, Business Administration

·         2-4 years working experience from supply chain on operational and/or level

·         Confident in communication and presenting in English and have a proven analytical and numerical skills.

·         Excellent computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in problem solving and improving ways of working.

·         Previous experience in setting and implementing action plans, communicating expectations, providing clear direction and following up goals.

·         You can prioritize and organize your work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of time available and meet agreed goals and deadlines.

·         Experience in the developing and improving ways of working and get energized by problem solving.

·         Knowledge and experience of meeting and interacting with various business partners and are self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
