Implementation of the IPS system in production.
Development and realization of plans for the implementation of lean production system at the factory.
Coordination of work at all stages of Lean organization.
Leadership in the organization of lean production.
Organization of staff involvement and training, development of training programs and training of employees on "lean" production tools.
Management of project working groups in projects to improve production efficiency.
Consulting company managers, structural units, and employees on implementing projects in their departments or on using Lean-tools.
Building continuous improvement processes in a factory (kaizen).
You will be located in Krasnaya Polyana, Kirov region, Russia.
To be successful in this role you need to have several years of working experience within the Lean technology. University degree in this direction in woodworking or similar is an advantage. Experience in the woodworking industry is beneficial. Furthermore, you need to have a customer focus and the ability to create it among the co-workers.
You have a leadership style in accordance with the IKEA leadership opportunities and Values. You are ambitious, positive, flexible and able to withstand stress. You are sensible to find cost-efficient solutions throughout the value chain and able to work in a high pace. It is an advantage if you have worked with similar task before and it is useful if you also have experience in working according to lean principles, to understand customers need. You have good communication skills and express yourself well both verbally and in writing. You are fluent in English and Russian.
