'- Co-create the CX Program through Sustainability agenda in accordance with Ingka PPP strategy for the MP by providing solutions which enhance the Customer Journey for each customer group. Secure efficient Communication. Engage communities. - Execute on assigned tasks which contribute to strategic priorities within the Sustainable Customer Experience in accordance with Ingka PPP Strategy - Through Sustainability focus proposes and executes localization of the Meeting Place in all touch points (off-line and on-line), offer, design story, services, amenities and temporary special experiences - Cooperates with Accelerator Hub and external partners, support community & local Sustainability initiatives & innovative Projects in order implement in the Meeting Place. - Collect and use Customer Voice in order to engage, explain and talk to our customers day to day. Involve customers into the quick prototyping of the new ideas and concepts in Sustainability sphere - Actively engages into relevant fit-for-purpose teams as a participants or leader depending on the assignment
ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
To provide support in driving the development of Сustomer Experience & Secure proper Communications inside the Meeting Places, on-line & offline, before, during & after the visit through Sustainability agenda, putting the Customer in the heart of every action that the Meeting Place plans or takes.
