'- University degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering or related field. - Previous experience of managing technical services - Min 3-years’ experience in building operation and maintenance, preferably shopping centres & commercial real estate. Preferably in Senior or Deputy Engineering Manager - Experience: fire safety systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, vertical transport, civil engineering. - Certifications in the following fields: electrical safety 2-3 group; fire safety minimum - Highly self-organized, pro-active and business minded. - Strong communication & leadership skills (indirect leadership) - Sharing company values - Provides guidance and feedback to maximise performance of individuals or groups. - stress resistance - customer/tenant focus, seeking for feedback and interaction - able quickly adapt to changes, to prioritize in tough timelines and changes - English – Intermediate level and higher
'- Ensure uninterrupted quality & failure free business for MP technical maintenance and operation systems, structures and elements before, during & after RDV; - Ensure proper process organization and timely submission of technical solutions & documentation from MP side for RDV process - Partner person to Partner Relations Department within Tenant’s ReClustering during ReDevelopment - Initiate, manage development and implementation of property-specific solutions to secure efficient operations and sustainable operational result - Encourage Sustainable Engineering solutions implementation within RDV - Handle emergency situations in order to eliminate or minimize the consequences and possible losses and damages to the property, tenants and visitors caused by RDV activities; - Support the Engineering Manager, MP Manager & MP Project support team in general and commercial operations of the property, ensuring best quality of services within company standards to enhance MEGA & IKEA brand value.
ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
1) Secure right operational & technical decisions from MP side & share knowledge from MP to RDV team. 2) Coordination & communication inside stakeholders from MP Facility team & with Project team. Be Engineering voice of MP team to the RDV Project. 3) Secure proper handover from RDV team to MP & Snag list finalization.
