•Good understanding of the IKEA concept, its Brand identity, Culture & Values and strategic directions.
•Excellent knowledge of the measurement, processing and communication of financial information regarding economic entities, which aims to document the organizations’ resource management.
•Excellent knowledge of Ingka’s accounting and financial reporting rules, standards and manuals, along with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
•Advanced knowledge of how to assess, analyse and mitigate risks in a business environment.
•Excellent knowledge of how to plan, measure financial records in compliance with internal and external regulations and ensuring value for money in reaching business objectives and long-term profitable growth.
•Good knowledge of project management processes including methods and tools; and how to integrate them.
•Good knowledge of the customer needs, demands and expectations on the markets.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

•Manage the team of Revenue & Credit control specialists and co-workers, and lead the development of the team based on the global finance, organisational and people development direction to secure the right competences, performance and succession.
•Develop, implement and continuously improve effective and efficient Revenue & Credit (R&C) control processes and routines.
•Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities.
•Secure that the team members are working according to the R&C control manual.
•Support the team with specific billing and credit control related questions.
•Support relevant functions as a trustful and professional business partner in billing & credit control matters with the aim to offer the customer a seamless shopping experience.
•Contribute ideas and insight to the business plan process and set clear goals and action plan together with the team in alignment with the business plan and function goals.
•Coordinate and/or support internal and external audit, review and follow up on audit findings and recommendations.
•Contribute functional expertise to local and global projects from R&C perspective.
•Secure and maintain a connection with and between core businesses, business owners, group functions, process teams within the Ingka Group.
•Ensure a safe environment for co-workers and external consultants and contractors in accordance with Ingka policies
•Participate in the development of rules and procedures for the Credit Control area and its implementation and it's follow up.
