WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
'- Analyze and develop processes and ways of working in the transparency marking area; - Provide analysis of processes and ways of working in all areas connected to change ownership for IKEA goods, support with processes improvement and develop needed changes; - Follow up changes in tax, finance, accounting and currency legislation and adapt work processes in accordance with the changes; - Provide testing of new/changed processes and participate actively in their implementation; - Contribute in projects in the area of responsibility including systems development; - Cooperation and negotiation with Global colleagues; - Develop routines and document new ways of working, provide training for the co-workers; - Analyze of discrepancies/deviations in goods’ transparency marking area and perform necessary actions for fixing; - Follow company policy of cost saving when taking decisions in the competence area; - Build strong relationships with all departments involved in transparency marking area.
