Key competencies: - University degree (preferably in technical or project management field); - Extensive experience in project development, preferably in shopping centres or other large-scale projects; - Prior experience in managing small or medium size teams of direct subordinates preferable; - Knowledge of document management and experience in workflow/records management within major construction/ reconstruction/ building related Projects; - Knowledge of Russian norms and requirements in regards to Project documentation format, content and upkeeping/ archiving parameters; - Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure and equipment, special software: Autocad, MS Visio, MS project, etc.; - English language - Upper-Intermediate lever is a must.

'- Develop and update full structure of construction documentation management in clear and standard way; - Ensure that projects have a system to establish and control compliance with regulatory documents, relevant rules and standards, and follow up performance; - Supervision of performance of Project team members, responsible for document flow process (quality assurance in the area of document handling); - Set up spot check activities on the sites to check the compliance of document management with Ingka internal routines and Russian Federation legislation; - Support to Projects in Contract Administration, ownership of Frame Agreements in Construction Department, ensure that document controllers validate Power of Attorney before submission of documents for signing; - Support to Projects in all issues, related to document management process; - Support to Real Estate in organization of Clearing Group meetings, preparation of storage for documents to be reviewed, holding Clearing Group meetings, issuing the minutes and follow-up of the decisions taken by Clearing Group; - Support to Real Estate in follow-up and update of Real Estate Local Standard Operating Procedure; - Provide information to Management Team regarding actual status/progress of document management process in Projects; - Ensure that the Ingka gets competent resources from Third Parties, responsible for document Management in Real Estate Projects, organize tenders for external resources from various suppliers; - Provide trainings and onboarding for external staff hired for document management in the projects; - Organize proper and effective time and resource planning for documentation management in the Projects; - Responsible to secure that direct reports have the right knowledge and competence and are trained to perform their job duties in accordance with established Ingka steering documents and other internal policies, rules and manuals. - Responsible for compliance with the mandatory requirements of law of the Russian Federation, Ingka Group Steering documents and other internal policies, rules and manuals. - Other tasks as assigned by line manager and special projects as defined in company business plan and or Function/Department/Group/Project action plan.
