WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

•For this role we believe you have minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, content creation and copy writing or similar as well as experience in driving output within set scope and following up results.
•Deep knowledge concerning the trends and rules of social media, as well as peculiarities of each SM channel.
•Vast experience in content creation as well as in copy writing.
•Broad knowledge of the Marketing creative and production process as well as of Life at Home and Home Furnishing as well as of CRM and 1 to 1 content as well as of marketing technology and marketing communication in retail.
•Broad knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision as well as of IKEA tools, processes and cycles.
•Ability to understand the role of Commercial as an integrated part of the IKEA business.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.
•Strong creative writing and editing skills as well as digital content creation skills.
•Ability to deliver within scope of tasks and perform with quality and speed as well as ability to follow up on work done and capture learnings to improve.
•Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English;
•Energized by contributing to overall success and results as well as motivated by increasing customer value.
•Passionate about written communication and conveying information to consumers while upholding the IKEA culture and values.
•Passionate about people, business, IKEA’s purpose and continuously driving better performance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

•Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactively contribute to marketing plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
•Manage the process of creating content for SM channels and execute the special projects, ensuring that communication meets the brief and is consistent with tone of voice and brand identity
•Manage the process of collaboration with bloggers and SM influencers
•Support copy-writing and editorial needs for Marketing to deliver Marketing Communication plan
•Be responsible for reviewing and analysing the content assets in SM and give recommendations of how to improve it
•Measure performance of content (with performance leader) to optimise and improve KPIs
•Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact
•Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the marketing team in order to contribute to the business goals
•Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
•Support all initiatives within and outside commercial included in the agreed communication plan (e.g. promote home solar)
