We believe that you have a completed higher education (construction, economical, technical, QS is more preferable) with minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement of construction and professional services (Design, Consultants is more preferable) including preferably minimum 2 years on site experience in construction.

You have knowledge in following areas:

Procurement of construction and professional services

On-site construction

Fluent English (verbal and written);

Leading/management skills;

To be successful in this position you need to have strong planning and prioritizing skills as well as good analytical and evaluation skills. You should be able to able to take decisions independently, to handle variety of tasks, meet tight deadlines. Moreover, we believe that you are client oriented, helpful, team player and you are able to establish good relations within the company and externally


Develop purchasing strategy, participate in strategic development of purchasing for INGKA Property (Centres & Retail);

Purchasing as detailed in Purchase Requests, as to fulfil the requested purchase to the best value for IKEA;

Developing business alternatives and source companies available on Russian and international market;

Suggest and take part in improvements and implementation of procurement procedures and template;

Take part in improving commercial aspects of contract agreement templates;

Do business being fair, honest and trustworthy, with strong integrity;

Be contact person between Procurement and the Client for assigned purchases;

Coordinate the procurement process with representatives of the Client and departments concerned;

Establish good relations with the Client and make Procurement department the natural partner in purchasing process

Represent INGKA in the procurement process and negotiations with external parties

Seek and receive feedback from the Client on performance of contract works

Lead and manage tender process and its participants from Client and stakeholders as team work

Act as coach and/or mentor for other department members.

Act as good example based on IKEA values

Finalize purchasers within given budget limits in Purchase Requests

Understand and consider financial issues affecting the organization

Be responsible for compliance with the mandatory requirements of law of the Russian Federation, IKEA Group Steering documents and other internal Company’s policies, rules and manuals.

Other tasks as assigned by the line manager and special projects as defined in company business plan and or Function/Department/Group action plan
