We believe you have experience of large scale organisational change and change management. You have lead through leaders, co-workers and teams. Strong collaboration and network intelligence skills are essential as well as strong communication and engagement abilities. In addition, you are an excellent presenter and facilitator.


The Change and Transformation Specialist contribute with strategic and transformation expertise and practices to enable and guide the strategic initiatives implementation and transformation of Ingka Centres into a customer centric, front-led and adaptable organisation.

You will:
• inspire, engage and support in fundamental transformational practices within growth mind-set leadership and self-leadership, co-creation, collaboration, test & learn – by designing, coaching and facilitating individuals and groups
• take lead in change management driven practices such as impact analysis, target group analysis, organizational preparation, change planning and executing change plans through communication, dialogue, learning etc.
• produce workshops, communication material and learning bits supporting the change plan, many times this is done together with other resources and specialists
• consistently spread and simplify an understanding of how change works, how individuals go through change, how to identify signals of change, how to speed up the movement and how to be persistent in change
• work with domains and meeting places and you join initiatives and fit for purpose teams as a resource
• frame your work by being an ambassador for change, for adaptability, for co-creation and testing & learning and you strive to help develop a business for the future as well as creating performance today
• support individuals, teams and initiatives to analyse and interpret working situations from a change point of view and help to come to relevant action for continued movement
• engage in and support networks and events that enables change and transformation, such as Centres engagers network and change coach networks, as well as in networks relating to Leadership & Culture, Communication and Competence development
• contribute to the development of transformational and change management competence and methods within INGKA Centres
• contribute to the adaptation and implementation of Ingka Centres operating model elements
• provide support or drive the initiatives on Ingka Centres strategy.
• contribute to the development and adaptation of Business Plan and business model.
• support with getting the insights (based on analysis of various conditions) that can influence the accuracy of how we steer and operate our business.
• be responsible to continuously propose improvements across operating model, change and transformation topics based on experience and proactive analysis.
• provide support with facilitation/co-facilitation of working meetings, workshops.
• contribute on the development of supporting materials for workshops/ meetings, S&T deliverables/ framework/ and tools.
