• Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in Administration/ Operations department • Knowledge of running creating a physical work environment that enables co-workers to perform their daily work in the best way • Knowledge of how to operate processes, services and products to become more cost-effective and efficient • Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Responsibility and ability to work in both Service Office locations in Russia (SO I and Khimki Business Park) • Tasks as per Office support managers request/direction • Actively ensure a smooth and efficient process/running of the daily office works. • Assist and support the IKEA/Ingka co-workers and visitors by ensuring a seamless delivery of services, including front of house services consist of meeting and greeting visitors, catering needs, meeting room bookings and special events as per need. • Service&supply contracts daily operating (couriers, stationary, furniture, maintenance, cleanliness and suppliers). • Document control for meeting & travel-based services, corporate cars, company mobile service • Ensure a sustainable, safe, clean, functional and inspirational environment for co-workers and visitors to the Service Offices (SOI + KBP) • Assure co-workers are working in the rules & regulations of IKEA/Ingka in the offices and related, as well as communication of changes and existing rules & policies • Assure all contracts are performed in the given parameters
ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
To manage site-based services to ensure a sustainable, safe, clean, functional and inspirational environment for co-workers and visitors to the Service Offices (SOI & KBP). To manage that co-workers, meet and travel in the safest, cost efficient, simple and effective way; and ensuring needs, behaviour and compliance to policy and the development of direct and indirect cost within the local organisation and our external service providers.
