AS THE HR MANAGER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: The implementation and development of HR processes and strategies; Maintaining benefits program, scheduling and conducting job evaluations; Organizing and controlling the activities of recruiting, testing and selecting employees; Conducting orientation and training programs; Creating and nurturing positive working environment, values and culture; Planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.
PROFILE OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Minimum 5 years of significant practical experience as a HR manager; Ability to architect HR strategies, systems and training tools along with leadership skills; Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company; Great English skills (both oral and written).
