Job description

  1. Prospect & secure common area kiosks leasing
  2. Maintain strong relationship and have clear understanding of the expansion plans and technical requirements of tenants in particular category (common area kiosks)
  3. Strategize deal structure, standardise variations and maintain relationships with tenants
  4. Deliver best possible lease deals by reaching or exceeding pre-defined commercial goals through negotiation strategy
  5. Evaluate possible commercial or reputational risks, initiate and propose solutions (risks & commercial results) for stakeholders to take leasing decisions
  6. Work with matrix leasing teams to deliver reporting information & presentations
  7. Establish and build networking channels with prospects, existing tenants, real estate agents and  consultants
  8. Contribute a strong database of potential & existing tenants to master tenant database
  9. Contribute & support yearly lease plan actions
  10. Identify opportunistic events, conferences and exhibitions to build rapport with industry leaders/retailers
  11. Prepare and coordinate all leasing related materials for the events and conference participation related to the shopping center
  12. Support the development of Leasing Strategy, Leasing Plan and Merchandising mix for the shopping center
  13. Contribute in workshop/meeting to calibrate concept development ideas, lease strategies and retail market check activities
  14. Support evaluation process on market sales potential, consumer survey, initial planning on relevant projects
  15. Contribute to rent projection, tenant mix plan and generating leasing progress reports
  16. Assist on pre-leasing activities, i.e. solicit regional retailers, create pre-lease tracking term sheet and reporting templates
  17. Cross-department interface and coordination on all stages of development, i.e. concept plan, tenant coordination and project management


  1. 3-5 years working experience in Leasing / Leasing Administration within a shopping centre environment
  2. Executive level candidates with Kiosk experience can apply
  3. Strong in tenant solicitation, lease negotiation & retailer network/relationship
  4. Good command of English, both spoken & written
  5. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint & Excel
  6. Good organizational skills & service-oriented, Proactive with positive working attitude
  7. Able to work independently and under pressure, able to multi-task. 
  8. Min. Advanced Diploma or Bachelor degree in Real Estate or related discipline together with 3-5 years of leasing experience.
  9. Experience in a group leasing role from an established Shopping Centre developer is beneficial.
  10. Proficient in Mandarin / BM preferred.
  11. Able to travel (min. 5 times a year)
