Purpose of the Job
To be the first point of contact in the Service Office and will provide administrative support across the Office. Also handle the flow of people throughout the building and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Do not allow anyone to enter the premises without confirmation from the staff who they want to visit. • Assign visitor badges to the visitors and greet them upon arrival. • Investigate about any unusual condition (cars or customers). If a car is parked in the drive way blocking entrance/exits guards. • Take responsibility for Or participate in projects and other tasks within the Administration field as assigned. • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating etc. • Monitor the flow at the staff/visitor entrance allowing only staff members, visitors and authorized personnel to go through. • In case of emergency immediately coordinate with the concerned responsible parties. • Ensure follow up with Contract Company, in case of cameras are damaged or out of order. • Conduct safety rounds at the start and end of the shift to ensure that all fire exits are cleared from obstructions and parking doors in the basement are securely locked.
Education Secondary School or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Minimum 1-2 year experience in an Administrative or a similar job.
Specific Certifications/ Licenses Driving License, OSHA 30 Hour Desirable.
