IKEA Retail Experience has the assignment to secure a successful, consistent, and relevant IKEA experience across all customer meeting points that are developed together with Core Business Range & Supply and all IKEA franchisees in order to create a common and unique IKEA way to engage our customers and offer them relevant services. It is an exciting time as IKEA transforms from a single channel to multichannel retailer.
In these exciting times, we are looking for a candidate who wants to contribute in developing the IKEA future retail experience by supporting our development projects, for our meeting with the customer, with administrative support.
About the job
As Project Support you will have a central role in supporting our development projects through workshops, facilitation, planning, evaluation and follow-up etc.) as well as keeping together the overview of the development portfolio to make sure we maximise our efforts.
The role will to a large extent consist of support with administrative tasks in our projects, but also specific administration support within Retail Experience. You will work closely with our processes; creating and managing the lifecycle of process and project information, support with improvement of tools, change and learning activities, communication etc. As the person responsible for our projects digital platforms you will continuously update and manage our process IKEA home pages, Toolbox, project sharing surfaces and governance calendar.
To ensure the best possible project support, allowing us support in reaching our targets and delivering better business results, you will continuously evaluate and suggest improvements for our ways of working.
We believe you are a down-to-earth team player, eager to take initiatives and achieve results with people in our fast-paced, global and multicultural environment. You have great communication skills and building long-lasting relationships with different stakeholders comes naturally to you.
You have solid project management experience and a very good skillset when it comes to organizing, planning, multitasking and prioritizing. Simply put, you are a very good problem-solver with a creative mind-set focused on finding solutions.
As you will to a large extent be responsible for the communication on our digital platforms we believe you have experience from content management and maintenance of web/digital platforms. You have strong verbal and written English language skills.

This is a temporary position (approx. 14 months with possibility for prolongation) to cover for a parental leave. It is a full time position (40h/week). Occasional travel will be required. The position is located in Helsingborg but the aim is to move it to Malmö in 2020.
