We are now looking for a senior leader to manage and lead the Service Portfolio Management unit.

REQUIREMENTS

We think that you love the mix of team leadership and coaching, together with setting the strategic direction and managing stakeholders across the Ingka Digital organisation to drive the service portfolio and its capabilities forward in an inspiring and clear manner.

We believe you have worked in the IT Service Management area before and that you are passionate about creating a seamless consumer journey through IT services and digital products for the current and future needs.

•You are a people centric leader who love to lead, coach, and support a high performing team and you are great at engaging and communicating with stakeholders with the IKEA culture and values at heart.

•You know how to design, develop and build an online Service Portfolio through self-provisioning possibilities in a large, complex technology environment.

•You have several years of experience growing and leading teams where you are curious and can lead in an environment of digital transformation and constant changes to technology.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for Service Portfolio Management which is a new unit with the purpose to lead the work with the creation, implementation, management and maintenance of the CIO office’s service portfolio and capabilities that fit the strategic direction of Ingka and Inter-IKEA Systems and enable a seamless consumer journey.

As the unit is new, you will be responsible for establishing the unit and setting a governance structure that is fit for purpose. You will also be accountable for creating and establishing the service portfolio strategy and for the offering of the services focusing on the portfolio strategy such as capability movements and financial follow-up. You will coach and mentor leaders and foster an innovative and consumer-centric culture based on best practices and well-known methodologies.

TOGETHER AS A TEAM

You will be part of Service Management & Operations management team that is spread out in Helsingborg and Älmhult, Sweden and Diedenbergen, Germany. Therefore, we see a mix of working both remote and in a physical workplace as natural. You will also work closely with the CIO and his management team.

We truly want to understand and fulfil consumer needs and expectations through continuous dialogue by ensuring our service offerings are relevant and available to IKEA co-workers, accelerating service delivery and enabling an excellent consumer experience.
