About the assignment
We provide unique IKEA specialist competence in developing, improving, designing, establishing and operating Customer meeting points based on a market approach across all IKEA markets.
We coach, mentor, support and challenge IKEA retailers in their expansion plans.
We cooperate with our IKEA franchisees in 52 countries all over the world. We work in a multicultural environment, were we are comfortable to use English (spoken and written) to communicate. Travel to meet our customers and our business partners is also part of our job.
About the role:
As a Dimensioning specialist in Customer meeting points you:
Contribute to define size for IKEA stores, shops and other customer meeting points, considering the market approach, to create preconditions for commercial and operational success.
Gather know-how and data from existing projects and relevant stakeholders in order to identify needs, and develop new and improved ways of calculating/dimensioning IKEA Customer Meeting points in the future with a total market approach in mind.
Contribute to identify success criteria's for best utilization of customer meeting points and fulfilment in a market.
Lead and/or participate in competence networks.
You have a Bachelor/Master degree or similar preferable in Business Administration.
Degree in or deep experience of working with data analysis and statistics.
Good and recent knowledge and experience in multiple IKEA trademark companies, preferable supply and retail.
Preferable worked in a store management team/country management organization.
Preferable experience in the property/real estate field.
Great capability to analyze, draw conclusions and act on them.
Leadership with the ability to make complex issues understood and actionable.
Capability to navigate and lead in a complex, unknown and fast-changing environment.
Capability to collaborate and work in processes, engaging different IKEA competences in the network
Excel – profound knowledge
Strong verbal and written English language skills.

The position is currently located in Helsingborg but the position will be moved to Malmö latest 1 January 2021. International travel will be required.
