To support the implementation of the IKEA Concept in new and existing markets the Retail Operation Solutions & Support department within Core Business Franchise is providing a Retail Package consisting of business processes and IT systems to IKEA retailers. Master Version is the IKEA customization of some of the standard software being part of the Retail Package.
We are now looking for a Business Developer with experience from Retail Customer Relations to support all the IKEA retailers that are operating on the Inter IKEA Systems Retail Package and to be part of developing this package to meet the future demands of the customers and IKEA retailers. One important focus at the moment is to further improve and develop new processes and system functionality to enable a retail market approach.
Processes included in the area of Customer Relations are e.g. payment and checkout, exchange and returns, after sales, customer support centre etc.
This role contains mainly the following areas of work:
· To provide know how of IKEA retail business processes and IT tools to IKEA retailers and to capture input for further enhancements of the Retail Package.
· Take part of development of processes and tools both in terms of incremental improvements and as part of developing key multichannel retailing capabilities.
· Supporting the expansion of IKEA in existing and new markets.
We believe you have relevant experience from working within retailing in the areas of Customer Relations and familiar with the business processes within this function.
Competence in how to operate any of the Master Version applications, especially MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Dynamics 365 CRM that are key components of the retail package, is an advantage.
You get motivated by being able to deep dive into complex scenarios and problems and finding solutions to them together with your colleagues.
Creation of documentation and facilitation of presentations and workshops are part of the job which is why you should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Experience from process and system development is an advantage.
As a person you are structured, delivery focused and a good team player. Of course you have a passion for customers and retailing and highly motivated to contribute to the growth of IKEA retailers. You are prepared to travel internationally at least 50 days per year.
The position is full time (40h/week) and currently located in Helsingborg Väla, Sweden but will be moved to Malmö, Sweden within next coming years.
