•You have a university degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical), Business Administration or corresponding. •You have 5+ years of Procurement experience from a national or an international organization of repute, within the area of indirect material & services specifically in construction industry with experience in Civil/Interior Fit Out/MEPF/Equipment purchasing and contract management. •You have strong project management skills •You have excellent negotiation skills •You have significant stakeholder management experiences •You are fluent in English, both written and verbal. •You are willing to travel. •You have strong financial competence and understanding •You have ability to take leadership for your tasks and area of responsibility. •You have strong and genuine interest in innovation and sourcing option development.

In your role you will: •Execute category strategies to support the Ingka Group on a global basis and in your home region. •Apply a thorough understanding for supplier market dynamics and cost driver understanding including Procurement methodologies and techniques. •Be responsible to initiate and drive large scale strategic sourcing projects (business case development, business requirement development, supplier analysis & selections) •Take full responsibility for following and securing the Group Procurement purchase process end-to-end •Be responsible for building trusted relationships through IKEA way of doing business, secure compliance of IWAY and Code of Conduct. •Responsible for supplier management and supplier performance by professionally challenge suppliers to constantly improve all aspects of supplier performance. •Through proactive market monitoring give input about sourcing options, supplier market, market trends and contributing to the development of the category/sourcing plans •Co-operates with team members in other and own units to accomplish common goals •Seeks opportunities for improvement •Demonstrate willingness and contributes to change by taking necessary actions and adapt to new circumstances •Negotiate large scale complex agreements, and together with the Ingka team to secure the best value and commercial terms for Ingka. •Build and develop internal stakeholder relations. •Be responsible to fulfill personal cost saving targets contributing to the global team objectives and goals. •Contribute with good legal Knowledge of Purchase agreements and Contract structuring. •Be conducting professional tender management, preparing tender documents and managing change order process for large, mid and small size Construction and Retail Fit-Out projects •Contribute and manage commercial settlement process of variations and claims •Ensure compliance to internal processes, approvals matrix for award of work (LOA / PO / Contract) and closure of contracts. •Review and contribute budget inputs into investment requests •Contribute and manage procurement related risks in the Project •Work with FIDIC form of Contracts and thus experience of FIDIC will be an added advantage. •Good knowledge of cost drivers and the value chain of relevant segment and industry •Experience in SAP procurement tools such as ARIBA/S4Hana In this position you will be working for Ingka Procurement South Korea in a global IKEA network that opens up for many possibilities.
