Internal Graphic Communication Specialist(20Hours per week) - IKEA Giheung

Job description


-Education and experience in graphic communication design, media and typography. -Computer proficient using graphic design software (Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere) and production tools. -Experience with digital content creation for web based communication and social media content. -Experience about change management processes. -Experience with legal communication


- Use graphic communication competence to strengthen the uniqueness and consistency of the IKEA identity in store communication by applying the principles of IKEA visual and verbal identity. - Actively push for improvement of content creation and co-worker engagement, based on trends in communication and the latest developments within the communication field. - Drive project management of internal communication projects, taking a co-worker perspective. - Work with stakeholder analysis and stakeholder management. - Support the enablement of effective internal communication and assist in the creation of prerequisites for our leaders and co-workers to be our best ambassadors. - Actively contribute to the store business plan with initiatives that will grow the business and support long-term profitability and execute the agreed plans in close co-operation with other functions. - Plan, implement and evaluate store communication to ensure that it conveys the benefits of the IKEA Concept as well as best practices, guidelines and national directions. - Actively contribute to developing, implementing and evaluating store communication strategies across functions. - Respect routines and responsibilities, work together with the Communication & Interior Design team and other functions in the store and country organization. - Secure visual balance and consistency, quality and simplicity, cost efficiency and sustainability in producing and implementing store communication.
