For this role you have the ability to excellent coordinator able to handle many interfaces and tasks. You have strong stakeholder management skills. You demonstrate strong IKEA leadership skills, by using sound judgements to make timely and effective decisions. You have ability to communicate confidently and clearly, in an inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice.

You have key previous experiences and skills in following areas:

• Preferred to have minimum 3 years’ experience in CSC, Sales, Customer Relations, or CFF (Logistics).
• Proven project experience, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and successful track record in managing business change.
• Proven record of making and implementing action plans, providing clear directions and following up on goals.
• Fluent written and spoken English to communicate Group Project team.

You have knowledge in following areas:

• Good understanding of business processes and the IKEA strategic landscape and business direction.
• Profound insight of Commercial and CFF areas.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication, procurement and how to integrate these processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of managing and leading stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of change management methods and tools.
• Experience of leading business project or activities in/outside IKEA.


To be successful in this role you have good communication and documentation skills. In addition you also have good interpersonal skills and high accessibility and organisational skills. As a person you have to be attention to detail and that you are confidentiality.

The Development & Transformation Project Manager Lead and manage people within the project team to deliver results through our values -business and people together. You will deliver the project in time, cost and scope, whilst controlling risk, securing communication, people consequences, achieving high quality and managing change.

Work as a member of the Korea PMO (Project Management Office) to provide an accurate and efficient administrative support. Together with the Korea PMO you will support the delivery of the transformation by working within the frame of the transformation and people principles.

You will:
• Plan, organise and execute the project applying relevant project methodology
• Be the primary point of contact for the project, building effective relationships with stakeholders and partners to gain buy-in and full cooperation so that the project objectives are achieved.
• Track and manage dependencies and interfaces in the project, between projects, and with the line organisation.
• Define and sequence activities in the project, estimating duration, developing the schedule, controlling progress.
• Plan resource, estimating costs, setting and controlling the budget.
• Secure and lead a competent and high performing project team, involving appropriate competence and ensuring team cohesion
• Manage communication flow to stakeholders by planning and distributing relevant information at appropriate times and forums
• Secure the identification, mitigation, and control of risks.
• Procure external service providers/vendors where necessary, continually securing an effective relationship and managing performance
• Manage change by engaging stakeholders and identifying learning and communication activities
• Coach and/or mentor project members and peers to develop project management competence in Ingka.
• Secure that the project is reviewed and evaluated, with learnings documented.

ABOUT THIS WORK AREA

Project Management Office (PMO) :
As a next generation of Transformation-hub, the PMO is a single, central support structure designed to provide assistance to change and deliver projects within the organisation. PMO have established consistent, repeatable project management practices that are in use across the functions. All projects are held to the same standards and requirements for successful and sustainable output by keeping consistency, transparency and agility.


Customer Support Transformation :
Lead and manage people within the CS (Customer Support) Transformation project to deliver results through our values - business and people together. To deliver the project in time, cost and scope, whilst controlling risk, securing communication, people consequences, achieving high quality and managing change.
