Digital Deployment Specialist - IKEA Korea Service Office

To be successful in this role you have proven advanced skills in communication and implementation of change processes through leveraging known process models and tools, as well as minimum of 3 years of experience of agile working set-up, and working as part of an agile team. You have experience in organising and consolidating communication plan and material from cross-functional teams, and in driving change across multi-functional teams across different geographies. Furthermore, you possess extensive experience in organising and conducting trainings to enable process changes along with experience of working with iterative, agile product development and deployment teams, including key events and artefacts. In addition, you are experienced in handling complex environments with multiple product launches happening across different countries simultaneously, and preferably you thrive in managing and delivering complex change processes/products. You have knowledge in following areas: •broad understanding of how to set up and manage a successful release and rollout of digital products together with relevant stakeholders •in-depth knowledge of the IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand Identity and the IKEA culture & Values •deep understanding of how to set up and manage a successful release and rollout of digital products together with relevant stakeholders •good understanding of change management techniques and digital transformation practices •some knowledge of planning management and building integrated and structured frameworks We believe that you have proven ability to manage and execute a successful rollout of Digital products and deliver results, and the ability to deliver in times of change and uncertainty with the business goals, customers and co-workers in focus. You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders of different seniority levels across the organisation and across countries. You are appreciated for structured mind-set, ability to perceive the larger picture along with the underlying details, strong strategic communication, change management skills, and strong presentation and facilitation skills. You hold the ability to understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of technology as an integrated part of the business is in your scope. Korean language and English communication skill is a pre-requisite.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

As a Digital Deployment Specialist you will ensure that change, communication and training material is prepared and executed for each product launch in the country in accordance to the defined work packages provided by Central Group Digital Product teams. You will also work closely with Digital Deployment Leader from the Digital Deployment support team to ensure successful execution of work packages and product deployment and you will provide country feedback on communication and training material. You will: • finalize and localize content and target audience for different communication waves • implement new structures, ways of working, toolsets and technologies that support the future Digital strategy • identify and drive the people and process change mgmt. initiatives • execute work packages — Conduct training, implement process and people changes • provide feedback on communication and learning material to Central Group Digital deployment support team • outline the communication plan required for the launch and ensure readiness of material required by working closely with P&C counterparts • ensure successful execution of work packages by working closely with the Central Group Digital Deployment leader • ensure successful implementation of the communication and learning work packages according to plan by working closely with the Digital Deployment Specialist in other relevant countries • inform Digital Portfolio and Deployment Leader of any issues/challenges to execution of a work package for a launch in the country

To secure effective Information Technology (IT) that supports IKEA business processes by maintaining, developing and supporting reliable, robust and efficient Digital products and platforms. Country Group Digital contributes to the growth of IKEA and improves the customer´s life at home. Country Digital also works together with all functions to ensure co-workers have the Digital tools and capabilities they need to do their best work. Ensure Digital deployments are done with excellence and in coordination with Central Group Digital (Central) and all other country functions.
