WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

We are looking for people that have:​​
True passion for retail in Omnichannel and customers​​
Leadership and people close at heart​​
Determination to overcome obstacles and problems​ with the passion of your area by working together with store management team and your own department​
Resilience, adaptability and agility​​​
Eagerness to work in different IKEA locations​ (Region or/ and National)​. ​
English is essential ​​
Proven value ambassadors ​​
Experience in manager position for at least 2 years *recommended

About the program:​​

1 year learning program for next department head! ​

You apply for Deputy department head position and will learn about the job with an experienced department head. You will develop yourself through leading local projects and various trainings. ​

​The program starts in Jun FY21 to September FY22​​
You will create a career plan over a one year period ​
You will be part of an exciting and empowering work environment in a store​​
It will be demanding and it will be fun​!​

We are looking for people for the following departments:
Comin (Visual Merchandising & Communications)
Logistics
IKEA Food
Business Navigation & Operations
People & Culture (Human Resources)
Sales/Commercial

ABOUT THIS WORK AREA

【Employment Status】
- Full-time employee- 40 hours per week contract
- Indefinite employment with no contract period (probation period: 6 months after joining)
- Start date is the first day of every month (consult with us about your start date)
- Retirement age: 65 years old
