We are now looking for an Accounting Team Leader with a passion for accounting and B2B customer service!
This is a permanent full-time position with working location in our Service Office in Espoo.

You lead business through people and have experience in leading a team.
The person we are looking for has analytical skills and a high sense of punctuality and responsibility.
You have relevant study background in Accounting and Finance.
Fluent skills in Finnish, English and excellent Excel skills are necessary in everyday work.
Work experience in multinational company and/or retail business will help you to succeed in this role.

And of course, we hope you are interested in retail business and home furnishing!


• Lead the development of the team based on the global finance, organizational and people development direction to secure the right competences, performance and succession and manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve effective and efficient Accounting & Reporting processes and routines.
• Secure that the team members are working according to IKEA’s Accounting & Reporting manual as well as the local GAAP.
• Support the team with specific accounting and reporting related questions.
• Coordinate and/or support internal and external audit, review and follow-up on audit findings and recommendations.
