In this role you need a University degree in economics, finance, business administration, or related area. A minimum of 3 years working experience in Research/Analysis with an asset manager or a bank, preferably within an international, dynamic, corporate environment. You have strong analytical and quantitative skills. You are a self-starter, a critical thinker and an advisor. You have a great sense of responsibility and are a dedicated team player. You are a visionary in your specific field of expertise, and you take initiative. You have good judgment and ability to prioritize in a highly dynamic environment and to take sound and common-sense decisions. You have a high level of integrity, trustworthiness and maturity (independence) and a strong drive to build and share knowledge. You have knowledge in following areas: • about financial instruments (bonds & equities), derivatives, cash flow and valuation models, credit analysis and portfolio risk management. • expert skills in preparing both qualitative and quantitative analysis. • advanced knowledge in Excel and relevant systems and applications (Bloomberg, FIS MS Office etc.), and programming skills to handle data. • Knowledge of how to balance and merge environmental, social and economic aspects with risk reward in investment opportunities. • Knowledge of supporting activities, such as back and middle office. • Proven interest in international political-economy & financial markets. You drive for results by accomplish goals, complete tasks, and achieve results. You perform work with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. You collaborate with others (incl. virtual) to achieve goals and comfortably handle unclear or unpredictable situations. You can change direction as appropriate based on new ideas, approaches, and strategies and you have strong quantitative analytical skills. You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


You will be responsible for supporting the Financial Markets Investments portfolio within Ingka Investments. In cooperation with the individual portfolio managers, you will be responsible for providing fundamental and quantitative analysis for investments in bonds, credit bonds, equities, structured products and infrastructure funds. You will thereby enable the portfolio to help secure Ingka Group’s financial independence and to contribute to the medium and long term growth and profitability of the Ingka Group You will: • Analyse the portfolio risk exposure actively to achieve the optimal risk/reward profile. • Analyse the macro and investment environment to ensure an optimal asset allocation using a top-down approach with steps deciding asset class and sector, down to individual investments. • Analyse assets and instruments to identify investment opportunities that add value using an in-depth fundamental analysis. • Lead the development of analysis and asset management tools to support investment decisions with inspiration ideas and techniques from both internal and external network. • Prepare investment proposals and material for Portfolio Council and company Board meetings. • Support and share knowledge and competence to inspire and grow co-workers. • Investigate positions in the portfolios to ensure they comply with the Ingka Group Rules. • Maintain relationship with external counterparties, representing Ingka Investments on training & specific forums.
