Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or Technology
Minimum 3 to 6 years experience in Digital, online, ecommerce experience
Experience in leading digital solutions implementation
Genuine passion for digitization and multi-channel retail and have a good understanding of industry trends
Good experience of Web technologies like HTML/JS/CSS/NodeJS/PHP and also Cloud DevOps environments provided by AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
Knowledge of UX/UI and usability to improve the customer experience
Experience in REST API, Desktop/Mobile/Kiosk Operating systems, Mobile App stores and various Content management systems including Magento
Excellent planning skills to create and own the digital store experience roadmap
Good Knowledge about Payment gateways, Mobile app SDK, Checkout systems, Single Sign On integrations

About the Role
You coordinate, contribute and support implementing digital solutions in-store/digital channels by evaluation of customer pain points, train co-workers on various digital solutions in-store, in order to assist customers in their shopping journey. Contribute to in-store digital roadmap aligned with IKEA Digital roadmap.
Key Specific Accountabilities:
Identify new solutions within the customer journey to develop a digital experience in all Customer Meeting Points/ Stores.
Create a roadmap for the digital solutions for CMPs aligned with the project owner and other stakeholders
Lead the development and implementation of identified solutions by working together with stakeholders and vendors
Test, analyse and document the performance of new solutions, KPIs measure, to evaluate the added value and potential for replication in other stores/markets
Maintain accurate and clear documentation of digital solutions with technical details, customer journeys and user manuals, to be able to maintain and easily rollout to different stores
Internal and external stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth operations
Measure and monitor the solutions developed, regularly reviewing operational metrics to validate the effectiveness of the product in meeting customer needs, also taking corrective actions if necessary
Knowledge of the modern platforms and tools, using the correct product where appropriate,
Ensure an efficient software methodology is in place, aligned to agile/ lean principles, learning and iterating frequently, highly collaborative and regularly improved.
Responsible for tracking/maintaining all digital assets and associated vendors, service & support contracts, budget tracking and invoices processing/ payment processing
Create Capex, SRF and review agreements/contracts as per the AFG policy, in coordination with Group Procurement, Legal and IKEA compliance team, as part of the vendor onboarding/ engagement process.
Train in-store coworkers on digital solution usage, processes and maintenance
Actively contribute to the development of processes, Ways of Working, tools and methods used in IKEA Agile
Follow-up key digital delivery performance indicators that are aligned with the overall business performance indicators/ KPI of IKEA
