Purchasing & Logistics Area North (PLAN) is one of 8 Purchasing & Logistics Areas in the world, and our co-workers are based in Älmhult, Dortmund, Moscow and Kaunas. PLAN consists of several functions, such as Purchasing Development, Transport and Logistics Services, Customs Service Centre, Quality Support Centre and Warehousing Logistics.

We are looking for a 3 month support within the Purchasing Development Team in the Category Custom Made Worktops.

About the job

In your role as Intern Purchasing Development you will:

  • Perform data analysis in excel
  • Prepare communication and make follow up correspondence with suppliers connected to quotation process
  • Quotation preparation – data collection, organize the collected data into folders and prepare templates
  • Organize skype sessions with suppliers, prepare background data (power point) and communication

  • Studies in logistics, business administration or economics
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communications skills
  • Very good organizational skills

A fluent communication in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite for this role with an ability to work.
