Within IT Delivery we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Service Owner with the focus area network and connectivity.

About the role
The assignment for IT Delivery is to provide reliable and fit for purpose Information Technology operations and user support. Together, the team will deliver on the roadmap driven by business needs and continuously support and improve the current solutions. In the role of IT Infrastructure Service Owner you will contribute by leading the development and delivery of IT Infrastructure services end-to-end. We face many interesting challenges around operational excellence, building out our possibilities with current and new technology stacks. You will be challenged to set the standard for fit for purpose IT connectivity platform services, based on both high and low level design models, supported by a portfolio of suppliers. Next to that you will be supporting the strategical transition from on premise connectivity to further cloud based delivery models. You will work with a blend of Agile and ITIL based processes and enable Dev/Ops delivery models, always looking for the next technology opportunities.
In this role you will support IKEA by:
Managing, developing and delivering IT Connectivity and services to agreed requirements and in line with established processes.
Supporting multiple business projects and activities with expertise and competence to deliver user-centric solutions.
Continuously improve existing- and establish new- connectivity technologies and services
Deliver to connectivity roadmaps as well as contribute to Digital and IT frameworks for architecture and cybersecurity
Lead and work cross functionally across IKEA to deliver connectivity and services that enable business users to contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer, always with the customer in mind
Orchestrating great connectivity using IKEA frameworks, new delivery models and multiple delivery partners

University education in computer science or combination of relevant education/training and work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, managing, and operating IT connectivity in a similar position
Experience in driving technology shifts with a focus on cloud transitions in a constantly changing- and global environment
Thorough understanding of different Connectivity technologies like the Cisco product stack, Wireless technologies, Switching & Routing, (SD-)WAN, next generation Network security solutions and Azure (cloud) Networking.
Capability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders and business partners through effective collaboration and delivery of results.
Capability to lead, work and delegate with longer term strategic agenda, as well as on the operational and tactical implementation of available and supported IT platform- and services operations
Strong desire for constant renewal of IT services and IT processes.
Knowledge and interest in the Cyber Security area

This position is full-time (40 hours per week) and is located in Delft, the Netherlands and some travel will be required.
