•Ensure that IKEA Food financial results are according to unit, national and global frames
•Ensure the appropriate processes are followed and actions are taken on a daily basis to secure food safety, standards and reduce waste.
•Contribute to the creation and implementation of unit yearly action plan.
•Secure a lean, diverse and high performing team through building IKEA Food and IKEA competence and leadership and empowering co-workers to act on their own initiative

•Responsible for the implementation of the global and national people and sustainability strategies
