The factory site of IKEA Industry Dalian covers 37000 square meters, having 650 co-workers until 2017. It started to manufacture officially on 16th November, 2006, mainly in a serial of classic POANG, ROCKING chairs etc in the early period. Now, it started to have more new products like
Baby POANG, PELLO,FROSTA and Mirror etc.


Job description

  • Make capacity proposal for Production according to IKEA demand and confirm realistic plan;  finally offer the detailed plan to PLA (Purchasing Logistics Area/Customer);

  • Monitor the SPI and adjust Sales plans according to order fluctuations;

  • Realize sales budget according to the Master Plan and monitor adherence on weekly and monthly basis,

  • In cooperation with Production dept. Implement frozen and semi-frozen period for production and sales;

  • Support the export work with the preparation of proper documentation – Certificate of Origin 

  • Monitor the daily output & stock level, direct the daily production packaging and adjust information to  production if required to reach sales and logistics goals;

  • Daily operations communication with PLA (Customer),  Follow up weekly performance reports, OTD, delivery volumes, cancellation, availability, orders situation; DC stock and STO stock levels, sales value;

  • Realize other tasks assigned by line manager;


Qualification

  • Bachelor degree or above with relative background. Sales and logistics experience are prepared.
  • More than 3 years' experience in similar positions in multinational companies, prefer with wood/furniture industry experience
  • Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tool very well.
  • Ability to manage the daily tasks under stress;
  • ERP  is need .
