•You have a degree in either Economics, Supply Chain Management or Logistics or the equivalent in work experience •You have 5 or more years of experience in supply chain on an operational or leadership level •You have experience working on various projects, developing business development roadmaps, leading in the unknown, increasing efficiencies and improving on existing practices and processes, all with Sustainability in mind •You are a total people person who can strike up a conversation easily and build a good rapport with their co-workers, matrix and external vendors. •Experience of working in a fast-changing environment and project management •Knowledge and experience of meeting and interacting with various business partners (including external) •Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently •Collaborative mind-set: good in building relationships across the organization and having influence and personal impact by using good communication and negotiation skills •End-to-end orientation: ability to apply analytical process oriented thinking including planning and maintaining work process •Analytical capability to enable translation of business and customer needs into development initiatives •Knowledge of the furniture/ retail industry in Canada as well as previous experience with service fulfilment is an asset

•Responsible to secure excellence in operations and quality under the scope of Service Fulfilment on the market through the performance of the assigned service partner(s) or partner(s) in an assigned geographical area to exceed customer expectations, provide seamless shopping experience and a great quality in meeting with the customer. •Responsible for short-, mid-term and long-term operational development of assigned existing service partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that the assigned internal and/or external service partner(s) have the knowledge to perform their tasks to represent IKEA well and provide quality service when meeting with our customers. •Responsible for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation within the assigned service partner(s) or service partner(s) in an assigned geographical area to bring development and innovation ideas to Service Fulfilment and total IKEA in close cooperation with the Group Functions. •Contribute with both knowledge and expertise to optimal multichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrices, global initiatives and competence networks •Contribute to the work of the Operations Specialist by providing relevant input regarding IT solutions to secure that IT solutions are maintained and updated. •Responsible for the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda for Service Fulfilment through your work with the assigned service partners or service partners in the assigned geographical area.
