In-Store Picking Co-Worker (12-20 hrs/wk)
IKEA Coquitlam

Position Description:
To ensure all in-store picking orders are completed in compliance with the time allocations. Monitor click and collect/shopping service quantities and ensure accurate resources are available to meet and the exceed customer experience.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for ensuring all Click and Collect orders and Shopping Services are completed daily in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create a strong communication environment between Home Delivery (In-Store), Receiving Team (In-Store & Secondary IKEA Warehouse), Shunting Company and Recovery Team.
  • Ensuring a positive sales & ordering experience for the customers.
  • Create an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with team and other colleagues
Key requirements & qualifications for this position:
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem-solving and basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs. (50 kg) on a regular basis
  • Ability to work with scanner equipment
