WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As a Sr. Digital Product Manager (Acquisition), you'll be a part of IKEA's US Digital Hub. You'll be passionately invested in defining and delivering a compressive acquisition strategy for Ikea.com. This role will keep a pulse on optimization and keyword trends and opportunities both on and off-site. You will deliver and drive the progress of an acquisition focused road map that stems from keyword optimization and technical improvements to program synthesis across traffic channels.

• Set a tangible product strategy for the assigned products and ensure that the delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs
• Continually benchmark against industry standards in order to meet customer needs and ensure that product teams understand and drive towards meeting them
• Actively research customer needs and apply the resulting insights
• Ensure alignment between cross functional teams and across domains to ensure maximum impact
• Ensure that different perspectives are heard and balanced to meet business objectives, securing collaboration, togetherness and strong partnership with key stakeholders in various parts of the organization
• Communicate the product strategy and vision for several products to gain organizational buy in and encourage a data informed approach to deliver successful outcomes for customers
• Define OKR ́s for several products together with the teams and key stakeholders to ensure teams are aligned and tracking towards the same goals
• Coach and mentor the teams to secure individual and team development and the transfer of competence as well as diversity of thought


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive and diverse experience in digital product development ideally in Customer Acquisition; (User Acquisition with SEO/ASO, 3rd party referrals (social media, etc.), solid multi-variate testing, campaign optimization, etc.)
• You have a background in SEO particularly looking at the bottom of the funnel optimizations and conversion experience.
• Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up along with working with various technology platforms
• Strong business acumen and a strategic & commercial mind-set
• Experience working with and knowledge of the needs of customers or clients (internal or external)
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team through influence and working with business and technical stakeholders
