Health and Wellbeing Leader

Job description

• 3 years minimum of benefits program management experience • 3 years minimum of Human Resource experience • 5 years minimum of experience in corporate fields related to health and wellness • Ability to analyze large volumes of data and create action plans in support of co-worker wellbeing and health improvement. • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization • Strong project and vendor management experience preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Oversees and contributes strategically to the national health and wellbeing approach in accordance with global employment standards as defined by the Centre of Expertise, national, and local legislation. • Partners with Total Rewards team to devise innovative and meaningful workplace wellbeing strategy, programs, and initiatives. • Localizes templates that can be used in units around wellbeing program. • Measures co-workers wellbeing using data and analytics to increase overall health and wellbeing of workforce. • Collaborates with Group People & Culture team to design and propose Health and safety policies that increase health and wellbeing. • Acts as primary point of contact for health and wellbeing services and offerings and also coordinates on-site wellbeing events/activities for all units. • Coordinates the implementation and internal communication of wellbeing programs external Offered by vendors and insurance carriers.
