We are looking for an experienced supply chain expert preferably with a background in process analysis and system solution responsibility. You would be joining the entrepreneurial and customer-centric Service Fulfilment Operations team who are driving Business Intelligence processes and lead the customer experience agenda within the operational team.
This position requires a customer-centric approach as well as strong people and influencing skills. The role requires regular communication across various levels of stakeholders, exceptional presentation skills and great collaborative approach. Experience in the change management process is desired.
This is a high-profile specialist role where interdependent leadership skills are necessary. We are looking for someone who can act as an ambassador to IKEA values both to external Service Partners as well as IKEA co-workers.

About the Role / Assignment
As a member of Service Fulfilment Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the business in making informed decisions about usage of capacities to optimise Last Mile delivery efficiency as well as security best customer offer for the market you would be responsible for. Analytical skills and attention to detail as well as strong IT skills are key. It is desirable that you also have passion and experience in designing and optimising Business Intelligence tools.
