To be successful in this role you have proven advanced skills in Planning management and a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and delivering complex change processes/products. You have experience in launching and driving the growth of digital products across multiple countries, in working effectively within a matrix organization and wit leading in change across multi-functional teams. Moreover, you have strong documented leadership skills, and experience in working with iterative, agile product development and deployment teams, including key events and artifacts, strong experience in managing change and transformations as well as extensive experience in planning of digital product rollouts. Preferably, you are experienced in Agile working set-up, working as part of an agile team and in a management role with similar team size and impact.
You have knowledge in the following areas:
- good knowledge of the IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand Identity, and the IKEA culture & Values
- deep understanding of how to set up and manage a successful release and rollout of digital products together with relevant stakeholders
- deep understanding of change management techniques and digital transformation practices

As the Digital Portfolio & Deployment Leader, you will create and manage the Digital Portfolio for IKEA in the UK & Ireland. This will comprise mostly centrally developed digital products from IKEA Group and some local products specific for UK & IE Market, which need to be deployed in the fast-paced retail environment that IKEA operates in. This includes E-commerce and multichannel activities. The role will lead a team of 4 Digital Project leaders who will directly project manage these deployments. This role is purely about managing the portfolio and taking responsibility for their deployments by leading the team, it does not entail any new digital product development.
•ensure that product rollouts run according to plan, based on detailed digital roadmap plans received from roadmap teams
•facilitate the flow of roadmap feedback from countries to roadmap teams
•lead implementation of all digital launches in the countries
•ensure proper multifunctional staffing for successful launches in the countries
•evaluate and report all launches as per defined metrics; provide feedback & recommendations based on an evaluation to improve digital toolbox components to Central Group Digital deployment team
•ensure rapid adoption of new products across countries through an exponential rollout plan with contribution from assembled deployment support teams
•secure that country teams organize for deployment in close collaboration with global deployment support teams, in terms of people and tools
•ensure timely implementation of change management activities with Digital Project Leader & Digital
successfully drive the adoption of products, including communications, training, and stakeholder management for some countries also manages the country-specific product portfolio in the country
•work across initiatives within Ingka Group, steering a successful digital product deployment that drives IKEA business results

To secure effective Information Technology (IT) that supports IKEA's business processes by maintaining, developing and supporting reliable, robust and efficient Digital products and platforms. Country Group Digital contributes to the growth of IKEA and improves the customer´s life at home. Country Digital also works together with all functions to ensure co-workers have the Digital tools and capabilities they need to do their best work.
Ensure Digital deployments are done with excellence and in coordination with Central Group Digital (Central) and all other country functions.
