【YOUR PROFILE】

  Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

• You are confident in spoken and written Japanese and English, more other language such as Chinese, Korean and so on preferred.
• Knowledge on how to train and educate large groups
• Self-reliant with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Understanding of local/national laws and regulation
• Understanding of the business processes and the customer needs to improve the business constantly leadership & management skills.
• Ability to strike a balance between keeping a good overview and paying good attention to detail
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to prioritise and organise own work in line with job responsibilities and agreed priorities
• Retail and/or home furnishing experience
• Experience from Safety, Security and/or Compliance area.


In this role you will report to the City Shop Operations Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

【YOUR ASSIGNMENT 】

Your tasks will include:
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for coworkers, customers and suppliers through training, audits, and inspections and follow up.
• Partner with functional responsible to support them to ensure that business is conducted in line with legal demands, our steering documents and working methods.
• Ensure to communicate and promote to all co-worker sand managers to improve risk awareness.
• Be a key member to the Crisis Management Team (CMT). Ensure that Crisis Management training and ways of working are in place in accordance to the CMT working method and Country and Local CMT plans and protocols.
• Ensure that crisis management support is sufficiently trained and always and available during store opening and operational hours
• Accountable for investigation of internal and external incidents and recommending resolution and revision of routines as necessary.
• Support the Management Team regarding other sensitive issues, including but not limited to, harassment, co-worker misconduct, customer complaints and lawsuits
• Ensure incident reporting to internal and external stakeholders and input into IRS in a timely manner and with sufficient quality (language, description and conclusions). Report incident trends together with conclusions and suggestions for mitigation to unit management team. Proactively share significant incident reports with other units and Country Safety & Security Leader.
• Drive the annual risk & compliance plan in the unit, based on local, country and global priorities and prepare periodical-consolidated reports for Country Risk & Compliance function on the overall level of compliance on key risk areas in the unit.
• Provide recommendations in case of non-compliance and support the unit to develop action plans and monitor their implementation.
• Improve Customer experience and Sales results by partnering with business unit stakeholders to ensure inventory accuracy, effectively preventing theft and managing peak traffic
• The assignment can integrate one or more units
