Job description

PURPOSE OF JOB :

Direct and supervise all schedules and activities as per procedures, checklists, prepare reports and follow-up for the D&A Team.   

ASSIGNMENT :

Supervisory role: 

Manage co-worker Performance by conducting the Performance  Appraisal, monthly probationary evaluation and continuous assessment & feedback on their performance 

Manage co-worker leave planning (Annual, Maternity, Sick, Absenteeism) 

Plan the manpower needed for the department 

Assist HR in recruiting & interviewing for the department  

Manage Human Resources issues. 

Use procedures checklists to assist with on the job training. 

D&A Roles: 

To supervise release all teams for home delivery. 

To receive at least 72 hrs in advance all Home Delivery & Assembly Shipments from Front Desk Supervisor. 

To schedule all the delivery shipments according to the route plan & inform the D&A office.

To send schedule to Warehouse & confirm shipment availability. 

Tracking with delivery team in case of an issue with customer delivery and assembly.   

To ensure there are no grievances and there is proper team work and cooperation among all teams. 

To attend all department meetings and trainings.

To carry out any work entrusted by the Distribution Manager.

ESSENTIAL FOR PARTICULAR JOB :

Education: Bachelors degree preferably in Logistics

Experience: More than 5 years experience in Supervisory position.

Team Building 

Managerial & Leadership skills
